I Need Help or Advice Urgently

‘see me’ does not provide direct advice or support services to individuals. Instead we refer people to other appropriate sources of support.

If you are looking for information about mental ill-health, the five organisations in the ‘see me’ alliance, and many other organisations provide information and are linked here .

If you are looking for support or advice urgently, there are a number of places you can approach :

If you are feeling desperate, or suicidal:

The Samaritans

08457 909090 or jo@samaritans.org

The Samaritans provide a listening service to people in crisis or despair, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The email service will try to answer emails within 24 hours.
